  Log into your Horticulture account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Greenery

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile ceramics or glass terrariums are adequately padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
