What is your return policy for live plants?

We offer a 30-day 'Green Thumb Guarantee.' If your plant arrives damaged or dies within the first 30 days, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do your pots come with drainage holes?

Most of our artisanal ceramic and terracotta pots include drainage holes to prevent overwatering. For decorative cachepots without holes, we recommend using a plastic liner.
